What they ask for
Required
- 5+ years experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in C, C++, Python
- Real-time GPU-accelerated video pipeline performance knowledge
- Familiarity with Vulkan, CUDA, OpenGL, DirectX
- Understanding of video codecs (H.264, HEVC, AV1) and configuration tuning
- Experience debugging and improving reliability in complex streaming systems
- Proficiency in telemetry, statistical analysis, and performance monitoring
- Experience using and integrating AI models into real-time video pipelines
- Knowledge of video quality assessment metrics (VMAF, CAMBI, PSNR, SSIM/MS-SSIM)
- Understanding of OS internals, drivers, and system software performance analysis
Nice to have
- Experience optimizing video pipelines on multiple GPU families (Intel, AMD)
- Experience with graphics rendering applications or AI-based graphics generation (DLSS, RTX, FSR)
