Required

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing school
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • BLS and ACLS certification through AHA or American Red Cross
  • Two years of nursing practice in a complex critical care environment
  • Simulation and orientation with other MET RN Specialists
  • NIHSS certification
  • PALS certification upon hire or within one year for roles supporting pediatric patients

Nice to have

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • National certification in critical care nursing
