- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, or related field (or equivalent education and experience)
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Experience designing accessories, equipment, footwear, or similar consumer products
- Strong product design, visualization, and storytelling skills
- Understanding of materials, construction methods, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to translate athlete and consumer insights into product solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
