What they ask for
Required
- 4+ years supporting network operations or telecommunications infrastructure
- Experience with high-availability or mission-critical systems
- Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, telecommunications, computer science, or related field
- Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
- U.S. citizenship
Nice to have
- CCNA, Network+, ITIL, or equivalent certification
- Telecommunications, wireless, cellular, or satellite communications experience
- Network Operations Center (NOC) environment experience
- Familiarity with network performance monitoring and analytics tools
- Experience with operational infrastructure maintenance
- Knowledge of incident management and service management best practices
- Experience with infrastructure integration, deployment, and sustainment
- Experience with process automation and operational improvement
- Familiarity with ground infrastructure or distributed network architectures
- Active Secret Clearance
