- Strong knowledge of Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, and foreign tax credit rules
- Deep understanding of ASC 740 and uncertain tax positions
- Experience with Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, 8992, and 8993
- Proficiency with Corptax International and advanced Excel
- Bachelor's degree
