What they ask for
Required
- Graduation from accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)
- Current RN state licensure
- BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross
- New graduate or less than one year of RN experience, or experienced RN transitioning to acute inpatient care with less than one year in that setting
- Ability to lift and handle patients, stand and walk for extended periods
- Working knowledge of standard precautions and PPE use
Nice to have
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- ACLS certification upon hire or within one year if in critical care area
