- Bachelor's Degree
- 8-10+ years Technical Design experience
- Deep expertise in women's apparel, specifically dresses and elevated ready-to-wear
- Knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, grading, silhouettes, and sewing techniques
- Experience working with overseas factories
- Ability to work on-site full-time M-F in Vernon office
Nice to have
- Familiarity with print design and manufacturing
