- Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 3+ years leading or managing projects and/or teams
- 3+ years working in Quality, Supplier Quality, or Supplier Management
- 3+ years of root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) and failure analysis experience
- Experience presenting technical briefings
- Data collection, organization, synthesis, and analysis skills
Nice to have
- Experience with AS9100 or similar QMS standards
- Certified Quality Manager or Certified Quality Engineer certification
- 3+ years in integrated team environment with other engineering disciplines
- 5+ years in manufacturing quality assurance or supplier quality roles
