Read and interpret electrical and control schematics
Basic knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, and instrumentation

Ability to train and coach others at different experience levels
Ability to work in a plant environment and support off-shift or weekend needs

Nice to have

5+ years troubleshooting industrial electrical, instrumentation, and control systems
Experience with Allen-Bradley platforms (ControlLogix, PanelView, CCW, RSLinx)
Experience with Aveva or Wonderware platforms
Understanding of industrial communication networks including Ethernet and legacy systems
Knowledge of industrial electrical circuits, motor controls, grounding, and power distribution
Familiarity with NEC, NFPA 70E, NFPA 79, and electrical safety standards
Experience working with contractors, system integrators, and vendors
Experience in process manufacturing, packaging, or food manufacturing
Minnesota Master A Electrical License or equivalent electrical qualification
