Required
- 8+ years of program management, business analysis, reporting operations, or related experience
- Experience supporting reporting or analytics workflows including requirements gathering and coordination
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy
- Analytical and problem-solving skills including issue identification and resolution
Nice to have
- SQL familiarity
- Tableau experience
- Foundational data concepts such as data validation, report logic, and structured datasets
- Experience with regulatory, audit, or compliance reporting in healthcare, payer, or provider environments
