What they ask for
Required
- PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from accredited college
- Current state pharmacist licensure (RPh) or eligible for reciprocation within 90 days
- Either PGY2 residency/fellowship, or PGY1 plus 2+ years specialty experience (50%+ in cardiology), or 4+ years specialty experience (50%+ in cardiology)
- BLS certification through AHA or American Red Cross if administering immunizations (or obtainable within 90 days)
- ACLS or PALS certification through AHA or American Red Cross if responding to cardiopulmonary arrest (or obtainable within one year)
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods (approximately 75% of shift)
- Manual dexterity for computer and dispensing functions
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Normal or corrected vision
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally
Nice to have
- PGY1 residency, fellowship, or relevant post-graduate pharmacy experience
- Strong background in cardiology or critical care
