What they ask for

Required

  • PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from accredited college
  • Current state pharmacist licensure (RPh) or eligible for reciprocation within 90 days
  • Either PGY2 residency/fellowship, or PGY1 plus 2+ years specialty experience (50%+ in cardiology), or 4+ years specialty experience (50%+ in cardiology)
  • BLS certification through AHA or American Red Cross if administering immunizations (or obtainable within 90 days)
  • ACLS or PALS certification through AHA or American Red Cross if responding to cardiopulmonary arrest (or obtainable within one year)
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods (approximately 75% of shift)
  • Manual dexterity for computer and dispensing functions
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Normal or corrected vision
  • Ability to communicate clearly verbally

Nice to have

  • PGY1 residency, fellowship, or relevant post-graduate pharmacy experience
  • Strong background in cardiology or critical care
