- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Meat Science, Food Science, or equivalent industry experience
- 3+ years of carcass merchandizing, grading, or plant operations experience
- Knowledge of USDA grading standards and plant operating systems
- Ability to travel frequently to multiple plant locations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
