Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4 years technician, clinical field service, or clinical customer support experience
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in bioengineering, engineering, or technology field
  • Medical device industry field service experience
  • Orthopedic anatomy and surgical protocol knowledge
  • Medical terminology knowledge
  • Familiarity with test equipment (dosimeter, power supplies, DVMs, signal generators, flow meters)
  • Ability to read schematics and engineering drawings
  • FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and CGMP compliance knowledge
