Required
- 5+ years composites manufacturing experience in aerospace, automotive, or related industries
- Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineering and production teams
- Ability to set up and operate calibrated tools and precision measuring equipment
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution System software for documenting manufacturing operations
Nice to have
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
- Experience partnering with manufacturing engineering and quality on flight hardware programs
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations at remote or downstream work sites
