- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- 10+ years progressive experience in strategy, operations, program management, or business transformation
- Several years of people leadership experience with ability to lead high-performing teams in matrixed environment
- Proven success leading multiple cross-functional strategic initiatives with measurable business impact in manufacturing or life sciences
- Experience developing and executing multi-year operational roadmaps and prioritizing business cases
- Experience leading integration planning, business continuity, and capacity planning for large-scale or multi-site operations
- Hands-on experience sponsoring or implementing AI, smart manufacturing, digital, or data science initiatives
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel approximately 35%
