What they ask for
Required
- 2+ years professional Android development shipping consumer apps
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Kotlin including Coroutines and Flow
- Knowledge of modern Android stack (Jetpack Compose, Hilt/Dagger, Room, WorkManager, Navigation)
- Understanding of Android architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI)
- Familiarity with Android systems (location, sensors, foreground services, lifecycle, audio focus, push)
- Experience consuming REST/GraphQL APIs and handling offline states
- Experience writing unit and UI tests (JUnit, Compose UI tests, Espresso)
- Familiarity with Gradle, CI/CD, and Google Play release process
- Strong debugging and profiling skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Spec Driven Development using LLM coding agents
- Familiarity with AI-native development practices and internal AI tooling
- Interest in growing debugging skills (memory analysis, ANR/crash triage)
