Required

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or STEM field
  • Minimum 3 years quality engineering experience in fast-paced manufacturing
  • Experience interfacing with design, manufacturing, production, and test teams
  • In-depth knowledge of aerospace manufacturing and complex assembly practices
  • Working knowledge of PLM, MES, ERP, and QMS software
  • Proficiency with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with process development and first-time quality initiatives

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of FMEA, APQP, SPC, and PPV methodologies
  • New product introduction experience with hardware systems
  • Familiarity with high-volume inspection and data-driven acceptance methods

  • Demonstrated ability to define and own processes from scratch
