Required
- Minimum 5 years electrical testing and quality control experience
- Testing knowledge of medium and low voltage switchgear assemblies
- Understanding of electrical testing principles and safety practices
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical specifications
- Operating and maintaining electrical testing equipment
- High School diploma or GED
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift components
- Strict adherence to safety regulations
Nice to have
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology
- NETA certification
- Experience with automated testing systems
- Knowledge of data acquisition and analysis software
- Manufacturing environment experience with high-reliability equipment
- Familiarity with root cause analysis and corrective action processes
