Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field
- US citizenship and ability to obtain US Government clearance
- Deep expertise in space-based active and passive RF systems design and deployment
- Understanding of space environment constraints: radiation hardening, thermal management, power budgeting, long-duration reliability
- End-to-end RF system design experience across communications, electronic warfare, radar, and sensing
- Extensive SDR design and development experience
- Complex DSP and RF machine learning algorithm development background
- Leadership experience with multi-disciplinary engineering teams through full R&D lifecycle
- Fielded capability in SIGINT, EW, or radar domains

- Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks like LangGraph or AutoGen
- EM simulation tool expertise and vision for AI-driven simulation acceleration
- Track record productizing R&D into commercial solutions
- History of winning space-based RF program proposals
- Background in orbit-specific RF: Doppler compensation, atmospheric propagation, link budgets, anti-jam, LPI waveforms
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
