- 10+ years software engineering experience with QA, test automation, or DevOps background
- 2+ years supervising or leading a technical team
- Experience defining test strategy and automation frameworks for complex software
- Modern CI/CD tooling and Linux experience
- Ability to work across engineering, test, and program teams
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Secret security clearance eligibility
