Required
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or STEM field
- Minimum 3 years experience as Quality Engineer in fast-paced manufacturing
- Experience interfacing with design engineering, manufacturing, production and test teams
- In-depth knowledge of aerospace manufacturing and complex assembly practices
- Knowledge of typical quality processes and controls for aerospace
- Working knowledge of PLM, MES, ERP and QMS software
- Proficiency with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
- Problem-solving ability across multiple teams
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Experience with process development and first-time quality efforts
Nice to have
- FMEA, APQP, SPC, and PPV methodologies
- New product introduction of hardware systems with proven success
- Familiarity with high-volume inspection and data-driven acceptance methods
- Understanding of AS9100/ISO9001 aerospace standards
- Self-starter able to define and own processes from scratch
