- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline
- 6+ years of experience in transaction services, private equity funds, consulting, public accounting, or real estate debt roles
- Experience executing transactions and managing cross-functional projects in a growing business
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong technology skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
