What they ask for
Required
- 10+ years of software development experience building enterprise products
- 5+ years developing microservices in cloud-native environments
- Strong computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems
- Proficiency in at least one cloud-native programming language: Go, Python, or Java
- Deep understanding of cloud architectures and microservices patterns
- Experience with web service technologies: REST, gRPC, or Protocol Buffers
- Knowledge of data storage systems such as PostgreSQL or Redis
- Hands-on experience with container technologies: Docker or Kubernetes
- Proven track record deploying services to at least one major cloud platform: AWS, OCI, GCP, or Azure
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for distributed systems

- Background in cybersecurity companies or security-focused products
- Deep understanding of AI/ML security challenges, threats, and mitigation strategies
- Experience with real-time data processing systems like Kafka, Pulsar, or Splunk
- Open source library or framework contributions
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure
- GCP, OCI, and Kubernetes expertise
- AWS and API Gateway experience
- Golang specialization
- Familiarity with MS CoPilot Ecosystem and MS Agent Studio
- Highly scalable cloud-native service experience on AWS
