  • 15+ years of progressive software engineering experience
  • 8+ years leading large engineering teams or platform engineering organizations
  • Proven experience building or scaling developer platforms, internal engineering platforms, DevEx organizations, cloud platforms, DevOps platforms, or engineering productivity functions
  • Deep understanding of modern software development practices, CI/CD, cloud-native architecture, platform engineering, developer tooling, quality engineering, and secure software delivery
  • Experience leading complex enterprise technology transformations in matrixed environments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and align cross-functional stakeholders
  • Track record of building high-performing teams and developing engineering leaders
  • Experience using data, telemetry, and metrics to improve engineering productivity and platform adoption

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and agentic engineering workflows
  • Experience integrating developer tools across IDEs, source control, CI/CD, testing, deployment, observability, and cloud environments
  • Background in developer experience, platform engineering, SRE, DevOps, cloud engineering, or engineering enablement
  • Experience supporting large-scale developer communities in global enterprise
  • Familiarity with engineering productivity measurement, developer satisfaction metrics, and platform adoption frameworks
  • Experience managing tooling governance, vendor platforms, and enterprise-wide technology standards
