Required
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years in engineering design and product support roles
- Lean Six Sigma experience or Green Belt certification
- Strong understanding of configuration management principles
- General engineering fundamentals including mathematics, physics, material properties, and electronics
- Understanding of production assembly requirements and floor documentation
- Ability to integrate across technical disciplines and organizations
- US citizenship and ability to obtain government clearance
Nice to have
- Experience with unmanned air vehicles
- RF, digital, and communications electronics design experience
- Electronics manufacturing troubleshooting
- PCB layout, schematics, and assembly knowledge
