What they ask for
Required
- 12 months continuous employment with one employer in last 36 months or completion of formal trade schooling
- 12 months fabrication and mechanical work experience
- Ability to repair transmission components and systems
- Proficiency with lathe, milling machine, shears, and brakes
- Electrical knowledge for basic troubleshooting of electrical and ARC welding components
- Proficiency with standard hand tools
- Basic math skills including ratio, rate, and percentages
- Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule instructions
- Pass Tyson Basic Safety Test
- Available to work weekends and all shifts
- Clear communication via telephone, in person, and in writing
