Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent
- 1+ years designing and developing EO/IR sensor systems
- 1+ years with laser and electro-optical systems and optical communication systems requirements development, integration, testing and analysis
- Knowledge of military standards and specifications for design, test and documentation
- Current Tier 5 security clearance or enrollment in Continuous Vetting program
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status
Nice to have
- Experience presenting at preliminary and critical design reviews
- Experience with high reliability components or subsystems for space
- Experience writing qualification plans and executing environmental tests
- Hands-on experience delivering EO/photonics hardware products
- Exposure to intelligence, defense, science, and commercial markets
