  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent
  • 1+ years designing and developing EO/IR sensor systems
  • 1+ years with laser and electro-optical systems and optical communication systems requirements development, integration, testing and analysis
  • Knowledge of military standards and specifications for design, test and documentation
  • Current Tier 5 security clearance or enrollment in Continuous Vetting program
  • U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status

Nice to have

  • Experience presenting at preliminary and critical design reviews
  • Experience with high reliability components or subsystems for space
  • Experience writing qualification plans and executing environmental tests
  • Hands-on experience delivering EO/photonics hardware products
