- 8+ years professional software development experience
- 3+ years in a technical leadership role
- Deep hands-on expertise with LLMs including inferencing, embedding generation, and RAG
- Strong experience designing and implementing single-agent and multi-agent architectures
- Proven experience designing enterprise-grade GenAI platforms
- Advanced knowledge of LLM and agent inference optimization techniques
- Strong Python programming skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence technical direction
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have
- Experience with Java or equivalent languages for platform engineering
- Experience fine-tuning or customizing foundation models
