- 5+ years work experience with Bachelor's degree (or 2+ with Master's/MBA/JD/MD, or PhD with no experience requirement)
- 5-8+ years in operations or program management in fintech, blockchain, payments, or financial services
- Ability to manage multi-workstream programs across cross-functional teams
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving in ambiguous environments
- Track record managing stakeholders across technical, legal, compliance, and operational functions

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive leadership
- Experience with governance processes including steering committees and regulatory reporting
