Required
- Active RN license in state of work
- 2+ years of RN experience
- 1+ year of critical care, acute care, or home healthcare experience
- Strong IV insertion skills
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel to patients' homes within large geographic region
- Ability to work 40 hours per week including days, evenings, and weekends
- Flexibility to work different shifts on short notice and availability for on-call visits
- Cable broadband or fiber optic internet with minimum 10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload if working from home
