Required
- 12+ years in technology, data, or product roles
- 5+ years leading teams with measurable operational impact at scale
- 2+ years working directly with AI or machine learning systems
- Hands-on familiarity with modern AI tooling, agentic systems, and LLMs
- Deep understanding of production AI infrastructure, data, and security requirements
- Strong governance instincts for security, privacy, and quality guardrails
- Proven ability to influence across organizational levels and build coalitions
- Experience building enablement and training programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data, business, or related field
