Required
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- 10–15+ years of environmental planning, permitting, and program management
- Experience managing environmental compliance for large-scale industrial construction projects
- Hands-on experience directing pre-project environmental assessments including Phase I ESAs and wetland assessments
- Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations
- Ability to travel 25-45% to project sites and regulatory meetings
Nice to have
- Prior experience with hyperscale data center campuses or utility power generation projects
- Experience supporting corporate environmental due diligence and M&A transactions
- Professional certifications such as CEP, PE, or PMP
- Track record in highly matrixed corporate environments
