- University degree in environmental health safety engineering or related field
- 8+ years EHS experience in life sciences sector
- 2+ years in EHS leadership role
- Fluency in French and English
- Full-time on-site presence at Laval facility
- Minimum 2 years work authorization
- Pre-hire and periodic medical evaluations per Health Canada requirements
Nice to have
- Proven ability to define EHS vision aligned with business strategy
- Comfort balancing leadership and direct execution of EHS requirements
- Experience designing and implementing EHS management systems
- Deep knowledge of Canadian and Quebec EHS regulations and permits
