Required

  • 8+ years in thermal asset project development, financing, or origination
  • Power marketing and PPA negotiation experience for thermal resources
  • Understanding of thermal power generation including heat rates, fuel logistics, and dispatch economics
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. energy markets and regulatory environment including ISO/RTO rules
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills with ability to mentor junior team members
  • Cross-functional collaboration and influence without direct authority
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field

Nice to have

  • Deep interest in AI workloads and experience with AI infrastructure providers or hyperscalers
  • Familiarity with carbon capture and storage (CCS) structuring in commercial frameworks
  • Experience with ERCOT markets
