- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduated from accredited medical assistant or phlebotomy program
- 0–1 year related work experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- English communication ability, oral and written
- Ability to organize and perform multiple tasks
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to commute to satellite offices as needed
