What they ask for
Required
- 2-year technical certification (TTI, ITT, trade certificate, HVAC) OR 3+ ASE certifications OR 4 years semiconductor technician experience OR 4 years equivalent technical military service
- Electro-mechanical aptitude
- Basic understanding of hand tools, pneumatics, and electricity
- Ability to strictly adhere to SOPs
- Ability to work off-hours including B shift (Sunday–Tuesday 7 pm–7 am, every other Saturday)
- SPC methods familiarity
- TPM concepts familiarity
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
