Required

  • 2+ years relevant field service or aerospace engineering experience
  • BA or BS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical discipline (or Associate's degree plus 10+ years experience)
  • Working knowledge of airline industry and products
  • Working knowledge of aircraft and shop-level maintenance
  • Working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (CFR, FAR, SFAR)
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • US person status for ITAR compliance
  • Up to 45% travel availability
  • Ability to respond to technical inquiries and troubleshoot product issues

Nice to have

  • FAA Certified Repairman (Airframe & Powerplant license)
  • Foreign language knowledge
  • Experience working in other cultures
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access and Visio
  • Experience with Minitab
