- At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent education
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CMMS
- Effective communication and basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently
- Ability to stand on hard surfaces for up to 12 hours per day
- Willingness to work flexible schedule across multiple shifts
- Physical capability to work in confined spaces, climb, use ladders, and operate lifts
- Ability to work in temperature range from -25°F to over 100°F
