What they ask for
Required
- 7+ years semiconductor, ASIC, SoC, foundry, IP, or complex silicon solution sales experience
- Experience selling to foundries, custom silicon houses, and end customers
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
- Experience with T1 ASIC builders and foundry experience
- Deep knowledge of ASIC market landscape and competitive dynamics
- Executive-level communication and negotiation skills
- Strong financial and business acumen including investment case development and margin analysis
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced technical degree
- Direct experience in custom ASIC, semi-custom silicon, or silicon commercialization models
- Experience with hyperscale, cloud, data center, networking, automotive, industrial, healthcare, or high-performance computing customers
- Understanding of semiconductor business models including wafer supply, packaging, yield, and lifecycle support
- Experience working with globally distributed sales teams
- Ability to influence C-level and SVP-level stakeholders
- Track record negotiating complex strategic agreements
- Fluent English communication skills
