Required
- Minimum 5 years SAP software development experience
- SAPUI5 and JavaScript knowledge
- Object-oriented ABAP and OData service development
- Experience with BAdIs, User Exits, and BAPIs
- Understanding of SAP HCM database tables and data models for PA, OM, PY, TM modules
- Jira and Confluence experience in Agile/DevOps environment
- Working English proficiency
Nice to have
- SAP certifications in ABAP or Fiori/UI5
- SAP Cloud Integration or SuccessFactors API integration experience
- German language working proficiency
- Functional knowledge of SAP HCM modules beyond technical understanding
