Required
- US Citizen or equivalent US Person status
- Ability to obtain DOD Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 15+ years PCB and PCB assembly experience in aerospace/defense applications
- Knowledge of IPC standards for PWB design, fabrication, and CCA acceptance
- Experience with materials and processes in space flight, missile, naval, and military aircraft applications
Nice to have
- IPC-600 certification
- IPC-6012 certification
- IPC-A-610 certification
- J-STD-001 Class 3 Space Addendum certification
- ESD Survey of Suppliers certification per ANSI/ESD S20.20-2021
- Laboratory experience in electronic failure analysis
