What they ask for
Required
- 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite functional consulting with direct client-facing work
- Experience in Managed Services or post-implementation support across multiple business functions
- Strong functional knowledge of NetSuite Manufacturing, Advanced Manufacturing, MRP, BOMs & Routings, and WMS
- Experience with NetSuite OneWorld, SuiteSuccess, and multi-subsidiary environments
- Proficiency building Saved Searches, custom Reports, and Executive Dashboards
- Understanding of the NetSuite data model, roles, and permissions
- Excellent communication skills and customer-service orientation for end-user support
- Willingness and ability to relocate to and work on-site in Midland, Texas
Nice to have
- NetSuite certifications (Suite Foundation, Administrator, Financial User) or NetSuite Certified Consultant credentials
- Prior experience training staff or consultants on NetSuite functionality
- Exposure to SuiteScript (1.0/2.x) for technical team coordination
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
