- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year journeyman-level related work experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems in manufacturing
- Knowledge of single and three-phase industrial electricity and power distribution
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work physically demanding tasks for 8+ hours per day
Nice to have
- Experience with steel microfibers
- CNC and PLC experience
- Low voltage controls experience
- Technical certificate, apprenticeship, or military equivalent
