What they ask for

Required

  • Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Software, or Computational Neuroscience Engineering (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of systems engineering experience including system design, functional decomposition, requirements development, analysis, verification, and validation
  • Experience with MBSE, Cameo/MSOSA, and/or SysML
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Existing DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI and special access

Nice to have

  • Experience developing and managing program baselines
  • Demonstrated experience developing system architectures for complex aerospace vehicles or subsystems using MBSE (SysML/MSOSA)
  • Experience developing or supporting architecture, requirements, and verification for RF systems (communications, radar, electromagnetic environmental effects) or RF test systems
  • Prior leadership in system architecture or lead systems engineering roles with experience communicating architectural tradeoffs
  • Understanding of engineering analyses including affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, and susceptibility
  • Knowledge of system security, regulatory, certification, and product assurance factors
  • Background in systems engineering processes such as RIO and TPM management and technical review planning
