What this role is
This role partners with infrastructure and hardware vendors to drive adoption of Deepgram's voice AI platform across self-hosted, on-premises, and edge deployments. You'll combine technical consulting, strategic account ownership, and AI-native workflows to unblock complex integrations, run technical validations, and scale channel partnerships with silicon, cloud, and inference platform providers.

Required
- 7+ years in technical customer-facing roles (TAM, sales engineering, partner/enterprise CS, implementation, or support)
- Track record blending partner or customer ownership with technical depth
- Hands-on experience running demos, POCs, or technical workshops
- Fluency discussing APIs, integrations, and developer workflows
- Understanding of deployment infrastructure: containers, orchestration, GPU/accelerator inference, self-hosted vs on-prem vs edge trade-offs
- Demonstrated success identifying and landing expansion in complex accounts
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel business models
- Ability to engage both technical stakeholders and executive buyers
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Built a tool, agent, script, or workflow that eliminated recurring work
- AI-native operating model with specific AI-dependent workflows
Nice to have
- Experience in machine learning, voice AI, cloud infrastructure, or developer-first technologies
- Familiarity with GPU/accelerator infrastructure and inference optimization
- Knowledge of confidential computing, trusted execution environments, or model security
- Experience with on-device or edge AI deployment
- Telephony/CCaaS/CPaaS background (e.g., Twilio, Genesys)
- Background spanning solutions engineering, TAM, or L1 support
- Familiarity with channel/partner marketing or technical enablement
- Working fluency with automation, scripting, or agent-building (Python, TypeScript, workflow tools)
