Required
- BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 15+ years in system architecture and design
- 8+ years in management roles
- Deep experience designing scalable server systems at the SW/HW interface
- Leadership experience on large-scale sophisticated codebases
- Experience with accelerator system software (GPU, DPU, or FPGA)
- Strong managerial and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate in matrixed organizations
Nice to have
- Knowledge of large-scale cloud and cluster deployment systems
- Track record leading data center products through full lifecycle (inception to deployment)
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (Ethernet, InfiniBand)
- Familiarity with CXL, UCIE, and C2C architectures
