Required
- PhD in Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Chemical Biology or related field with 7+ years industry experience (or MS/BS with 12+ years)
- Experience developing large-scale, high-throughput quantitative experimental methods for biologics discovery
- Track record of translating published or externally developed methods into demonstrable internal value
- Leadership and team management experience
- Deep hands-on expertise in quantitative pooled binding assays, high-throughput endpoint assays, lab-on-chip, or microfluidics
- Strong biochemistry and biophysical characterization knowledge
- Cross-functional project leadership experience
- Ability to collaborate across reporting lines with protein engineers and data scientists

- Experience with in vitro transcription and translation
- Background in biophysical protein characterization
