Required
- Minimum 10 years overseeing insurance asset portfolios and asset management companies
- Professional designation: FSA, CFA, or equivalent
- Degree in finance, actuarial science, statistics, or related field
- In-depth knowledge of Chinese asset management company business models
- Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese
- Leadership and influence skills in complex environments
