Required
- Bachelor's degree
- 7-10 years progressive EHS experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, R&D, or laboratory environments
- Leadership of complex EHS programs with broad scope and high precision
- Strong knowledge of EHS laws and regulations, with Massachusetts-specific experience highly desirable
- Experience deploying or supporting ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
- Technical familiarity with analytical equipment, laboratory operations, and biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Deep understanding of high-risk EHS programs including LOTO, confined space entry, fall from heights, hot work, and SIF prevention
- Expertise in developing clear, audit-ready procedures and program documentation
- Demonstrated capability in RCA, CAPA, management of change, risk assessment, and compliance program execution
- Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and develop practical EHS solutions
- Proficiency with EHS information systems, dashboards, data analytics, and AI-enabled tools
- Ability to engage and influence senior functional leaders and cross-functional teams
- Strong mentoring and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfort operating with ambiguity in fast-paced, changing environments
- Willingness to travel to local sites for hands-on EHS support
