Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) through PTCB or NHA
- Active registration with Ohio Board of Pharmacy as Certified, Registered, or Trainee Pharmacy Technician
- Two years of pharmacy technician experience
- Ability to educate, train and direct other technicians

- Completion of formal Pharmacy Technician Training Program
